There's room for improvement in the communication of emergency health staff, discovered UTS, over the course of an extensive, detailed study. We designed their research outcomes.
This significant report was the culmination of extensive research into the way emergency health staff communicate between themselves and with patients.
We developed design concepts and a final report which supports themes along the lines of speed, direction and clarity.
As with previous research reports we have designed for UTS, some of the ideas and academic theories can be fairly hefty; through design and good typography we aim to enhance its accessibility.
The high-profile report was featured on the front page of the Sydney Morning Herald on 10 August 2011. Read more here.
